Safari auto-decompress seems to handle Panther zips improperly

1. I’d lay odds that other applications would not function when the resource fork has been stripped in this manner. That just happened to be the file I downloaded and found the problem on.

2. The file I downloaded did not run when decompressed by Safari. I got an error. It ran fine when manually decompressed.
